  • Hypnotherapy works by guiding the individual into a deeply relaxed, focused state known as hypnosis. In this state, the conscious mind, which is responsible for everyday thoughts, reasoning, and distractions, is quietened. This allows the subconscious mind—the part of our mind that governs our automatic behaviours, emotions, and deeply ingrained beliefs—to become more accessible.

    When you're in this relaxed state, you are not asleep or unconscious, but instead in a heightened state of awareness and concentration. You are fully aware of your surroundings and can hear the hypnotherapist’s voice clearly, but you’re deeply focused on the suggestions and guidance being offered. It’s similar to being in a state of intense daydreaming, where you’re aware but not distracted by your usual thoughts.

  • Hypnotherapy can help with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to:

    • Stress and anxiety

    • Phobias and fears

  • In a typical session, I will guide you through a process of relaxation to help you enter a hypnotic state. Once relaxed, I will offer suggestions or techniques to address your specific issue. The session ends with you being gradually brought back to full awareness.

Regular sessions provide the foundation for meaningful and lasting results.

    After the session, you may feel lighter, more balanced, and grounded. It's also common to feel more energized or experience clarity about your emotions or thoughts.

    Occasionally, some of my clients may feel tired or emotional as their body continues to process the healing, which is a natural part of the transformation.

    1. Create a Calm Space: Find a quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed.

    2. Relax: Wear comfortable clothing and have items like a blanket or pillow nearby if you’d like.

    4. Stay Hydrated: Drink water before the session to help your energy flow.

    5. Be Open: Approach the session with an open mind and willingness to receive healing.

  • Yes, I'm usually quite flexible with my schedule. While I have certain times advertised, I can offer earlier morning sessions (for example, before work) or accommodate different time zones. The best approach is to reach out to me directly, and we can work together to find a time that suits both of our schedules.
